In an attempt to escape the constriction of a static shape, my sculptures have become porous, opening a dialogue with their surrounding elements. Interpenetration feeds the effect of the fading body and the evanescence of its presence. Photography had always been a companion tool in my research ; it now contributed to creating images of body dissolution, all the while blurring the fixed axis of our representations. In that regard, the series Présence offers an interplay between exterior and interior.
